max
Little Max was living with his mum in a garden, the very lucky recipients of both shelter and food from the family living in the house. As you can see from the photo, Max is a bit of a sop. He's made great pals of his foster mum and dad's cats and together they enjoy racing around the house at breakneck speed. He's quite the wee character, which is the polite way of saying "dead cheeky" and has been known to pince his foster mum's cake and drink her tea as soon as her back is turned. And sometimes when it isn't......I'm told that the box which enclosed a massive chair delivered last Saturday has had to be left for the family to trip over because Max has claimed it as The Best Toy EVER! Although this little man has had all his vaccinations and been chipped he's still too small to be neutered so whoever decides to offer the wee powerhouse a home would be asked to guarantee that the op would go ahead once or soon after Max reaches the minimum weight of 2kg. His foster family also has very cat friendly rescue dogs and Max is very comfortable indeed in their company, so a home with a friendly dog is absolutely fine. A garden for him to run off some of that mad energy once he's neutered and very well settled would be much appreciated too!
N.B. At the moment the U.K. is still in lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic, but it is still possible to carry on the work of the charity without contravening safety guidelines. Potential new homes can still be visited, meeting either in the garden or street. Although some restrictions have now been lifted in England they don't yet apply in the rest of the UK and so people still can't visit any of the cats in their foster homes. All we can do for now is provide photographs and absolutely all information about each individual cat or kitten and then deliver the cat to his or her new family.
