Hello everyone, my name is Tahani and I am a gorgeous black girl who is 14 years old.  I came in to The Centre at the beginning of March as I wasn’t getting on with the young children in the house.  I am the friendliest girl ever and my favourite thing, other than getting lots of strokes whilst sat on your lap, is to wrap myself around your neck like a scarf!!  Recently it has been discovered that I sadly have heart failure and this will limit my life. I am on medication for it (I take my tablets perfectly, wrapped in a bit of chicken) and this is helping me, but sadly there will come a time when my heart can’t cope anymore and I will need to cross that rainbow bridge. So the staff want to find me a home now so I can enjoy my time left with a loving family.  I will be on full foster so my medication will be provided for you and I can see the vet here at The Centre. I need a calm, quiet home where I am the only pet and I would like to live with older or no children so my life is as stress free as can be. My new owners will need to be home quite a lot and they will need to keep an eye on my respiratory rate, but the staff here can explain and show you all that.  In the time you will have with me, I promise I will make a big impression and give you lots of love to last a lifetime.
