McCARTHY
Hi there! I’m the handsome McCarthy, you might recognise me, that’s because I am currently one of the out and abouters here at The Centre. I was originally bought here back in 2017 as a stray, I was up for adoption then but I didn’t cope well with being penned up and I kept lashing out as I was frustrated so the staff made the decision to let me out. I have since calmed down a lot although I can be cheeky and nip still sometimes, but I just think that just gives me extra character! I have recently decided to move into the staff room here, and I would flourish the comforts of a home as I am constantly asking for attention. I adore sitting on a nice lap, getting stroked and being given head kisses, it really makes me purr! I appreciate being brushed, keeping my fantastic fur fluffy. I can be timid around men, and I really don’t like other cats so I would be best suited in a home where I am the only pet.
