COSMO is neutered and chipped and vaccinated and is 5 years old.
 
He is a lovely friendly boy who has been used to being allowed outside.
We do not like cats going outside at all and so we will allow for the fact he may have to be an indoor cat with access to outdoors (provided new owners live in a safe area. He would still have to be kept inside for 6 weeks before being allowed outside anyway and that may feel a long 6 weeks but it is essential so that he gets used to where he lives.
He is in foster care at present and is not allowed outdoors while in foster care so it may be by the time a new adopter is found, he has resigned himself to being an indoor cat.
Some people think this can never happen but that is rubbish and every cat can become an indoor cat over time. Yes it is hard as they cry to be out but it can be done.
Although he came from a home with many other cats in it, sometimes cats want to be outdoors because they do not like the environment they are living in and that can be because of many cats. Therefore a home with no cats would be best.
We have been told he is ok with dogs, but no toddler/preschool children please. Remember cats are not toys and should never be taken on "for the kids".
£100 minimum adoption donation to cover some of our costs.
A questionnaire will have to be completed so we can assess suitability.
We always do a home check and always deliver the cat to its new home.
Most areas of the North East UK are covered for adoptions.
