FORREST
FORREST

Born 8/9/20
Neutered, vaccinated and chipped

Friendliest, naughtiest, loveliest boy ever.
Playful, silly, good with other cats.

Indoor home only as he is too daft to be allowed outside except in a secured cat proofed garden or in a catio.
Can live with other cats but can be a naughty, in your face kind of lad so any cats in a home already must be prepared for an invasion of silliness.
Gets on well with his brother Bracken (also up for adoption)
Has lived with us since a small kitten found in Hamsterley Forrest last year. Hence well handled and very friendly.
Suffered with poop issues (had camplyobacter) for a good while hence why not advertised till now. His poop is much improved and it will remain fine in a home where his diet can be monitored properly to make sure he only eats foods which will not set any issues off.
Any insurance will likely exclude campylobacter infections for his first year but that’s an exclusion which should be able to be revised once a reasonable amount of time has passed to satisfy the insurance company he is all clear.
No small children please and not sure how he will be with dogs.
I’d advise a home with no more than two other cats max because he may be too naughty otherwise and behavioural issues could arise.
You do need to complete a questionnaire if you wish to visit him as it’s our home you come to not a cattery.
You will also be given an information sheet to read beforehand which tells you more of what we expect.
Inbox/message the page or email us at [email protected] to get those documents.
And if you have to ask the cost of adoption, then can you really afford to take on a cat. This lad has cost us well over £1200 in vet costs so I think asking a min of £100 adoption is reasonable indeed
