Nugget now has a possible home, pending a home check.

Nugget's owner took her to the vet to be put to sleep. Luckily the vet was a good person and didn't want a healthy animal to die, so she called us instead. Nugget has a heart murmur, but apart from that there is nothing wrong with her. She is a shy cat who took a while to settle into the cattery, but now she will meow for attention from people she knows. She can give an occasional light swipe while being stroked, but she's not an aggressive cat. She just wants a quiet home where she can relax.

She was adopted back in 2019, but as of April 2021 she is sadly back in the rescue.
