Luna came to us with four kittens, as well as an adult daughter from an older litter, all heavily infested with fleas. She clearly wasn't happy to be surrounded by other cats, and began to mellow as soon as we placed her in a separate pen. Being in the cattery isn't the ideal environment, and we think her temperament will improve further in a home where she is the only pet. She was initially very hissy, but after building trust with the staff she has become an affectionate cat who will rub against people and ask to be stroked. She loves playing with her toys, and is a bright girl with her own little personality. She can still be grumpy if something startles her (and takes no prisoners with the vet), so she does need a home with sensible, experienced cat people who won't be daunted by this. She's had a tough start in life, and is looking for a new beginning now.
