Saffy
Saffy came into rescue when her human was sadly too poorly to continue to care for her.  She's a sweet purry little girl who is a wee bit shy when she first meets you but then loves to purr and have a fuss.  She's settling into her room in rescue and we expect her to bloosom in the next week or two as she feels more confident and playful.

UPDATE 15 February: Saffy is now reserved for adoption

Since she's been here Saffy has been microchipped, started her vaccinations and been brought up to date with her flea and worm treatments.  Her second vaccination is due in about 3 weeks time.  We always pay for the full course of vaccinations ... so if her adopters are ok to take her back to our vet at Millhouses for her second vaccination she is ready to be adopted.  We understand that she was neutered before she came into rescue.

She’ll need to stay indoors for at least a month in her new home. After that she will enjoy a safe garden away from busy roads to explore, though we strongly recommend that cats are kept indoors at night time for their safety.

We understand that Saffy lived happily with her brother until he was sadly knocked down on the road, so she may be happy living with another friendly cat.  She's a gentle soul so should be ok with sensible children who know how to treat animals with respect.

All our adoptions bring 4 weeks free insurance through Pet Plan.

We always homecheck prior to adoption and ask a minimum adoption donation of £75 for an adult cat. There’s more about our adoption process here: http://www.8livescatrescue.org/adoption-process.html and you’ll probably find more photos and stories about her here: https://8livescatrescue.wordpress.com/ and here: https://www.facebook.com/8Lives/
