ANOTHER SOPHIA UPDATE!

As you may know, Sophia has been with us for a little while, since having her kittens and being a wonderful mum. We have been working with her and she has been doing so very well lately in her foster home with Pauline - last week she gave us a lovely update on her progress and Pauline has done an amazing job with her.

We've also had a lovely comment from a friend of Pauline who has spent time with Sophia and it was so lovely, we had to share it:

"As a regular visitor to Paulines home, I have seen how Sophia has flourished over the last few weeks. She has transformed from a shy girl to a devoted companion, who follows Pauline around her home looking for attention and affection. Sophia loves to play energetically- she is only a young girl herself (she was a very young mum!) and, once she has had a play, Sophia likes to be stroked and enjoy just hanging out. She is not just a one person cat either - I have had the pleasure of stroking her and she has the softest fur. She will be a wonderful and loving pet."

I feel like Pauline has said it best with her update below, so I'll hand over to her...

"Head bumps and strokes, anyone? So much has changed for this little lady in the last couple of weeks. Sophia is now happy to be stroked when the mood is right, and will politely ignore an unwanted approach if she wants to enjoy a bit of quiet time. She still loves companionship and will cuddle up next to you on the sofa for a snooze. If you chat to her she will watch your face intently and meow chirrup in all the right places. Although her appearance may not meet the classic idea of feline beauty, make no mistake - Sophia has a character and intelligence that marks her out as exceptional."

Thank you Pauline! A special home for a special lady, and she so deserves it.

She will need access to a safe outdoor space, away from busy roads.

She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and will be and flea worm treated when he is adopted.
