RONNIE
RONNIE

Ronnie was begging for food, trying to get into houses (even where there were cat-hating dogs) and crossing roads. He was painfully thin and had advanced hyperthyroid disease. He has been on the highest thyroid medication for a considerable time and has to have regular blood tests. Every day he eats 6 to 8 pouches of wet food plus dry biscuits, but it seems his condition may at last be getting under control and he is putting on a little weight.
Unfortunately he has a heart murmur and cannot have a thyroidectomy, so even when he is stabilised he will still need to take his medication.
Ronnie is the sweetest, friendliest cat, enjoys life and loves a cuddle. He even purrs when having his pills. He would settle readily in a new home and would love a lap.
