Little shadow Nutmeg loves to follow you around so that she can have a chin tickle.
She is such a sweet natured girl and not aggressive towards other cats so could possibly live with another cat.  
It seems likely that Nutmeg was left by her previous owners to cope on her own.
She will be a little treasure in someone's home.
