Xena is a very friendly, playful and adventurous1 year old long haired female. She’s very people orientated and enjoys being smoothed and is getting used to laps and being picked up.

She wouldn’t suit very young children as she has had stress-induced (ie non-epileptic) seizures when being handled so needs to be carefully monitored. These incidents have disappeared since Xena has been separated from her siblings and her confidence has greatly increased so she needs to be an only cat in a quiet household to keep her stress levels as low as possible.

No treatment or tests have been carried out or are planned though any related treatment/costs would be covered by vets in East Bristol. The aim is for Xena to be able to go outside, rather than be an indoor only cat, but this would need to be very controlled so that any problems could be easily dealt with though none are anticipated due to the progress that she has made.
