Edna

Edna is one of the affectionate golden oldies we currently have in care. She came into us when she was abandoned at a local vet and she is now looking for a loving new family she can call her own. Edna is a little shy when she first meets you but once she knows you she is a real lap cat and will make a lovely companion for someone. We’re not sure of her age but think she is about 10 to 12 years old (so only just in the golden oldies category) and she is still quite playful when the mood takes her. She is all black, has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped, and routine blood tests show she is healthy. Edna’s not keen on other cats so we are looking for a home where she can rule the roost on her own. We don’t know what she is like with dogs. We don’t know whether she has been used to children but due to her age we think she would be happier with children over the age of seven or eight.

If you think you could offer this affectionate little cat a new forever home or want to know more about her, please give us a ring on 0116 288 2014 and have a chat. If you get the answerphone, please leave a message with your name and contact number and we will call you back as soon as we can. Many thanks.
