Holly and Ivy arrived just prior to Christmas - hence their names. They were born in the countryside, but soon learnt to use a cat flap and visited a local farm cottage for regular meals. The resident is elderly and unable to keep them, so they were brought into Rescue. They are neutered, Microchipped and litter trained but still very wary of people. We will continue to work with them, but are aware, from previous enquiries, that there are experienced cat lovers who are happy to work with timid kittens.
Once they have learnt to trust they make the most affectionate, loyal companions but it’s difficult to know how long that will take.
They are best suited to an adult only home, in a rural location with people who have plenty of time to spend with them.
