Bertie had been abandoned when his owners were evicted, so he had been living rough for a few months, trying to get in to neighbouring homes, as he just wanted love and fuss from anyone and everyone.  He has settled right in at his foster home, on the bed, with the fosterers own cats and he loves to snuggle.
