Felix is a wonderful young lad, his fosterers describe him as the perfect cat, he loves all people and other cats, loves to play, have fuss, and purrs constantly.  He has never been outside, so he will need either an indoor only home or a very safe outdoor one.  He likes to play with other cats, so preferably will need company of another friendly laid back cat.
