Archie
How’s our Archie getting along he is such a lovey kind soul - brings a tear to our eyes to think how long he’s been left to fend without food or shelter since his owner passed away.
Foster mum trotted down to the vets to pick him up, after preparing a comfy spot for him.
He has been given oodles of cuddles and food and he is settling in to his new surroundings, pawing in his new bed and getting all comfy - this is the life.
This poor man is just skin and bone but we will soon sort that out we have booked him in for his bloods to be re-done in two weeks’ time. At the moment his Thyroid is clear and so are his kidneys, he is just severely anaemic, which is probably due to his living conditions and this can be easily reversed and fixed.
Until then he will be pampered like a king - with only the best food a king could have.
More updates will be added as he starts to feel better - hopefully we are looking around April time to find Archie a forever home when he is all fixed up.
Please follow Archie’s story on our Facebook page and if you are interested in adoption please send in your e-mail address and we will send you out an application form in advance.
