Hi :)

My name is Althea and I am a beautiful ginger and white girl with a longhaired coat who was born in January 2020. 

I am a very sweet and friendly cat. I can be nervous, but I am full of love for someone with the patience to get to know me. After a few months in my foster home I have grown very confident!

I like head rubs and will jump up into your hands when you come in.

I am very curious about the rest of the house and other cats, so I may get on with other small pets, but we're not sure.

I am very easily scared and dislike loud noises and sudden movements, so I need to have my own space too.

I am a very clean cat, but due to my long fur I will need some help with grooming. This can be tricky as I dislike being brushed, but distracting me with sardines usually works.

I am the perfect companion for someone with plenty of time to spend with me, and a powerful vacuum cleaner!

Please note that I can be very nervous and will need an experienced cat-owner and a home with adults only.

I am neutered, microchipped, inoculated and up-to-date with flea and worm treatment.
