Sophie - forever home wanted
 
One of our volunteers found lovely Sophie on the street in a very bad way a few months ago and we just had to help her.
 
We took her straight to the vets where we were told to expect the worse as she may not make through the night. But our Sophie is a feisty madam and she pulled through, she was incredibly thin, she needed dental work and had a very large and worrying lump under her eye and various lumps and bumps all over her body.
 
With a lot of love and care by her fosterer and vet treatment Sophie is now doing great, she has put on weight and almost all of her lumps and bumps have gone including the worse one by her eye.
 
We do not know how old Sophie is and guesses have ranged from 7-17 years!  We do know she still likes to play, she will sit on your lap, she’s feisty at times, doesn’t seem bothered by dogs or other cats, she mostly ignores them, she is far too superior to mingle.
 
Sophie really went through a tough time and now she is doing so well we would just love for her to have a forever home of her own where she is treated like the queen she knows she is.
 
We would like a quiet indoor home for Sophie with no young children, other dogs and cats maybe ok but we think Sophie would prefer and deserves all the attention from her humans.
