**RESERVED PENDING HOMECHECK**

This gorgeous boy, Hedwig came into KHCC rescue after being spotted with a "funny looking leg" by a member of the public, after being trapped and taken to our vet an X-Ray showed an old injury in which 2 of his toes had been broken and fused together, this has now been repaired, and it no longer causes him any problems.  He also has had dental work due to having several abscesses in his mouth.  Whilst he was in for all his vet work it was detected that he is FIV+ so he needs an indoor only home.

Hedwig loves other cats and despite his FIV status can easily live with another cat as long as the cat is laid back enough to accept him, we are happy to send an FIV fact sheet for anybody interested in this lovely boy, and also happy to have a consultation on any concerns you may have.

Hedwig is still very nervous of humans but will accept a fuss when it’s on his terms, he will need a very patient owner who is willing to give him the time and space he needs to gain your trust, once you have his trust, it will be very rewarding for both of you.

He has been: Neutered, he has been blood tested and tested Positive for FIV, negative for FeLV, he has been vaccinated appropriate for his FIV condition, microchipped and his flea and worm treatment are up to date.

We have an adoption fee of £75 which is put back into the rescue and contributes towards helping other cats in need.  At KHCC we always home check.
