Bushy Tail Cat Aid
Rehoming Cats & Kittens: London (West) & Hertfordshire
Morocco
Back in June we were contacted by a lovely girl from Ealing who asked for help with neutering a local stray. When she sent us a photo we knew this was a poorly kitty that needed more than TNR. We trapped Morocco after a few hours and we took him straight to the vet. He's had his dental done with 2 teeth extracted, but he still seemed uncomfortable after the surgery, and despite of being put on pain relief medication and antibiotics, he wasn't getting better. When his eye got swollen and started bleeding, we rushed him to the emergency vet. We feared the worst, but luckily the laboratory swab tests showed that this was just a bacterial infection. We spent 5 weeks administering medication to him around the clock every 3 hours. Morocco was amazing! If you can imagine a stranger poking your eye constantly for a month, you'd not want to be near this person. He was the opposite: cuddly and grateful. We have quickly learned that he was willing to put up with so much as long as he wouldn't have to go back on the streets. He is always on his best behaviour and he would sit in such a way that would allow him to have his feet touch his human foster parents. Morocco is an adult house only cat and he's not suitable to live with other pets. He's comfortable living in a house with a catio. Morocco is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated including leukaemia, he is FIV/FeLV negative, and the is flea and worm treated with veterinary grade products. He comes with a full veterinary history and with 5 weeks insurance cover provided by Agria. Pre adoption house check and adoption fee applies. If you own your property and if you think Morocco is a suitable match for your family, please email us at [email protected] or [email protected] providing us your full address for Google maps search and writing a few words about your previous experience with cats. Morocco is currently being fostered in Bushey.
