My name is Chester, I arrived into the rescue due to my owner passing away. Of course I didn’t know what was happening, so it took me a little bit to come out of my shell.
 
I can be a bit shy and reserved at first, but once I realise it safe I soon come out of my shell. I’m just a sweet big boy!
 
When I went to the vets for my check up, I currently weigh 7.5kg! My vets have said I need a diet. With controlled food and excise, the vets are happy that he’ll lose weight. The vets have no other concerns, I’m a happy and healthy senior boy!
 
I'm looking for a home where I can now relax.
