Our boy CC.  Chubbers came into rescue a shut down boy.  He had lived as a stray and has many battle scars, he seemed like he had just given up.  The first couple of days I had to hand feed him while he lay in his bed, he wouldn't move it was heartbreaking.  I talked to him, stroked him and told him he was worth it, but he took some convincing!  The first day he purred, I cried.  He has come on so well since then.  This lad has the chubbiest chops, hence his name, I have been known to wipe them clean after his dinner.  He chats away non stop, talk to him and he will talk back.  He is cat friendly and very gentle with kittens but most of all he loves a comfy chair and a full tummy.  He isn't asking for a lot, just a place to call home.
