Rehoming Cats & Kittens: UK Wide
Lalita
Lalita is a registered, spayed female who is now 2 and a half years old. We got her as a kitten so she has only ever lived with us. She is free roaming and in good weather, spends most of time outdoors and loves catching leaves in the garden. If the weather is bad, she snuggles down under a blanket on a daybed.

The only reason that we are having to consider rehoming Lalita is because her and the dog do not get on at all. We live in a constant state of 'apartheid' in our house with two warring factions! My main concern is Lalita's well being - because of the situation with the dog, she is not getting the attention she deserves as she is too frightened to come into the house (apart from her 'section' of the house). I think that she is lonely and craving more attention and that's very sad.

I would like her to be welcomed in a home (preferably with no dogs as she is frightened of them) where she feels safe and secure and gets the attention that she deserves. I feel guilty that we are not able to provide her with this as she is a sweet little cat. Having grown up with both cats and dogs, this is the first time that I have not been able to integrate my pets successfully - I have tried absolutely everything that I know to create an environment for both of them to love together harmoniously but it's just not working out as envisaged.

. I hope that there is a home for Lalita where she will be cherished.
