Valjean needed a dental and had a suspected flea allergy when came into foster which was resolved with steroids and must have regular flea treatments.
Valjean is a bit timid to start with but easily won over with some fussing and food. He is a lovely friendly chap and is quite chatty making lots of different noises but hardly any typical meowing.
He is not really into laps, but he will walk over one to get to the other side.
He loves a good fuss of chin scratching and belly rubs and will nudge an idle hand to get what he wants. He can be demanding for attention especially when he has been alone for several hours, but he soon settles, sometimes snuggling up close,  but other times quite happy to do his own thing.
He doesn’t like being picked up, cuddled or humans getting too much into his space, but will get into a humans personal space when he chooses sitting as close as possible without sitting on a lap.
He is not into toys, but enjoys some zoomies and occasionally chasing his own tail.
He would make a lovely companion and would love to be loved by some humans in his forever home.

All RK cats are wormed/flead to date, chipped and neutered. Unvaccinated due to current shortages – if you already have cats, they must be vaccinated if you wish to adopt this cat.

This cat is in Manchester – you must be able to collect from Denton, M34. Please do not apply if you are unable to take within a week after a successful home check. If you live in rented accommodation please ensure you have proof of landlord's permission before you apply.
