Dolly
Dolly is finally ready to move to her forever home. She is looking for a patient and understanding home to call her own. Dolly is a former stray cat who remains wary of people. She doesn’t hiss or scratch, but she would rather keep her distant at present.

She loves treats and will lick lick-e-licks off your finger. She will accept a stroke on the head when she’s in her cat igloo.

We strongly believe in a home environment rather than a foster environment - where she can have a space to roam in and choose when she interacts with humans - she will gain a lot more confidence. I don’t think she’ll ever be a lap cat, but she could be a lovely companion.

Dolly has calcivirus which means she must be indoor only and may only live with another cat if they also have the same condition. Dolly would not suit a home with a dog or with children. Dolly’s ideal home would be quiet with a loving and patient owner willing to put the work in to bring her out of her shell - a very rewarding process!
