7th Heaven Animal Rescue Trust is seeing a huge increase in people having to give up their pets when they move to new accommodation. 

Landlords throughout Northern Ireland seem reluctant to let pets stay too and many who do charge extra assurance, which many tenants cannot afford. This forces people to give up their beloved pets when their circumstances are beyond their control. 

What can we do to help? 7th Heaven are looking for a dedicated group of people who will co-ordinate together and contact landlords and housing associations throughout Northern Ireland for us. We are looking to see who will provide rented accommodation for pet owners and of those who will provide this for no extra charge to the tenant. 
This will then be published to help those less fortunate than us have an option to keep their pets.
