Help For Shelters:

If your Cat Rescue Shelter or Rehoming Group helps cats in the UK or Ireland, then Cat Chat can help you!

Our Charity offers free web-based assistance to cat and kitten rescue centres, to help find more good homes for the cats in your care. We can also help vets practices with cats to rehome. Currently, we find homes for over 5,000 rescued cats and kittens each year, on behalf of shelters and rehoming organisations.

Cat Chat's Policy on Cats from Overseas

Cat Chat does not encourage the adoption of cats from abroad. Therefore we are unable to assist rescue organisations based abroad, or organisations and fosterers based in the UK, who are importing cats.

However, in exceptional circumstances, we are sometimes able to help find a home for individual cats that have been brought to the UK from abroad.  We consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.
