DERRICK, Bromley & District Cat Rescue. (Can rehome to: West Kent, Essex, Surrey and Greater London)
>> A smashing companion desperate for a happier life
Hello! My name is Derrick and I am a 10-year-old, neutered, tabby and white shorthaired boy searching for the puurfect new pad. I came to be in rescue sadly through being dumped on the doorstep, together with my brother Douglas – a horrible ordeal I can tell you. My brother and I aren't particularly close though – in fact, I have unfortunately been the victim of bullying by other cats, so would really like to be the only cat in a new home, so I can really relax and start to feel happy again… unless of course you had a friendly, calm cat, in which case, I think we could certainly try to be friends! Despite my misfortunes, I am a very friendly boy and I'll admit, I love my food! My diet could probably do with monitoring so I can lose a bit of weight…. After such a negative series of events, I would so love to land on my paws in a loving, forever home and lose my sad expression. Could you turn my frown upside down?

>> A story of courage and survival
Hi. I'm Anna, an 18 month old black & white neutered Mum. I have fallen on hard times, and wondered if anyone out there can help please? Sadly, I ended up alone, giving birth to my kittens in someone's garden. Things were tough and the only survivor is my 8 month old baby boy "Rocky". He had to fight to survive, and paid the price of one blind eye. Therefore we are seeking a caring, understanding adult home together - with a garden but in a safe location. I love being around people, but am a bit wary of being touched at the moment. Rocky is such a friendly lad, and I do so want him to know what a loving home feels like. Would you give us a home please?

SHELLEY at Cats Protection North London Adoption Centre
>>Can you help sweet girl Shelley with her loneliness
Hi my names Shelley. I am a lonely girl looking for a loving home to call my own again, where I can get some fuss. I had a special someone in my life but sadly they passed away leaving me alone, so I ended up here in search of my new special someone. I am a sweet girl, an older one now too at 13, so want to have someone to love me in my golden years. I still like a mooch in the great out doors though so access to a nice garden would be much appreciated. I also have a special food, but don't worry this is readily available at the vets, not such a scary place after all. I would prefer to be the only pet but am ok with kiddies. So what do you think? Why not come down and meet me in person. To make an enquiry, please call: 020 7272 6048 or Email: firstname.lastname@example.org, and please mention you saw this notice on Cat Chat, thank you!
NETTLE at RSPCA Central and North East London. (Can rehome to London, North of the river and Hertfordshire)
>> A little bundle of love
Hello, my name is Nettle. I'm an adorable young lady of just a year old, with a beautiful short-haired tortoiseshell coat. I'm looking for a quiet loving home with a human or two who will be gentle and patient with me whilst I settle into my new environment, and then be able to give me all the affection and attention I'd love. I could share a home with another friendly cat, but no children or dogs please! A nice safe garden to play in would be lovely too. I have been spayed. I settled into my foster home very well, and I can't wait to find a permanent caring home with a special human friend who will enjoy my delightful furry companionship. Please get in touch!

JOSHUA at Bromley & District Cat Rescue. (Can rehome to: West Kent, Essex, Surrey and Greater London)
>>Joshua is a real people cat
Hello everyone! I'm Joshua, I'm on the look out for a loving forever home with lots of fuss and cuddles on tap. I am a real people cat, who has soooo much love to give. A home where someone is there to spend time with me would be the best, I don't mind being the only cat, more attention for me. But I will be happy to live with another friendly feline too. In fact I am good pals with a chap called Derrick who is also at Bromley and District, no hints there hehe. I am around 5 years old now, healthy and neutered. That special loving home to share all my love and get some nice strokes and attention would make my world complete. So come on, get down and meet me, I can't wait!!To make an enquiry, please call: 0208 464 6035 or Email: firstname.lastname@example.org, and please mention you saw this notice on Cat Chat, thank you!
GUY at Second Chance Animal Rescue, Swanley. (Can rehome to: North West Kent and South East London)
>> He's a friendly chap.
Hello, I'm Guy. I'm a 4 years old ginger and white, neutered male cat and I'm looking for a new home. I was bumbling along quite happily until just a year ago when my owners moved home. Unfortunately, I don't think I was in their plans for their new home so they left me behind! I was lucky that the lady who moved in to the property took pity on me and has been looking after me since then. I really get on well with her but the only problem is that I don't get on with her other two cats. They are both female and, for some reason, we don't see eye-to-eye. This sometimes ends up in fights and so I'd like to find a place of my own before someone gets hurt - somewhere, without other cats, dogs or children, please! I have no problem at all with adult humans. In fact, I'm very friendly and just love a fuss. I love lying on the bed with you for a cuddle, if you'll let me. I like to explore outside and can be a bit of a wanderer, so it would be nice if my new home was in a quiet area, well away from busy roads or even somewhere more rural, that would be great. Can you provide me with my purrfect, loving home?

CHILLI at Second Chance Animal Rescue, Swanley (can rehome to north-west Kent and south-east London)
>> Big Friendly Girl
Hi everybody, my name is Chilli. I'm an 8 year old Tabby Torti. I have the softest fur, which you will find out when you give me a fuss, which I will love as I am a very affectionate girl myself, a big one too. I love to snooze the day away, although I do like a mooch outside too. I am looking for a cosy forever home to call my own now, somewhere to call mine, relax and get some fuss. I have a lot of affection to give you too. I would like a home where I am the only cat please, I am vaccinated, neutered and looking forward to meeting you.To make an enquiry, please call: 01322 669242 or Email: BABSCATS67@GMAIL.COM, and pleasemention you saw this notice on Cat Chat, thank you!
MOSES, The CatCuddles Sanctuary, Greenwich (rehoming in: London and north-west Kent)
>> A very special boy looking for the perfect retirement pad
Hello! My name is Moses and I'm a fifteen-year-old boy with a beautiful ginger coat (if I do say so myself!). Unfortunately, my previous owner could no longer look after me, so I'm now on the hunt for a puuuurfect home to spend my retirement years in. I may be a senior feline, but I do have a lot to offer, promise! I love cuddles and curling up on sofas, beds and laps. My rescue carers say I am wonderful company and a very charming chap! I have lost an eye many years ago, but I manage just fine and haven't let it limit me. I am also having a thyroidectomy, but Catcuddles will be funding it so I am no longer on pills after it, hooray! They're also happy to offer any advice on my ongoing care too. If you are an experienced cat owner with an adult-only household, please could you spare some room for a lovely fluffy companion?

MOLLY at The CatCuddles Sanctuary, Greenwich. (Rehoming in: London & North West Kent)
>> Special & loving little Molly wants to share her big heart with you
Oh hello there, my name's Molly, so lovely to meet you. Now people say I'm a very special cat on account of my affectionate and gentle nature and my calming aura! (I'm not entirely sure what an aura is but I think its something to do with purrs?) Sadly my previous people didn't care for me properly and my diabetes was left undiagnosed. I didnt mind that so much as the lack of cuddles, that made me so sad. However it means now I'm 15 years old and I need injections twice daily and special food. With my condition treated like this I'm a happy cat, I just need a special human who is prepared to manage this and give me a peaceful and loving home. I don't mind other gentle kitties, only my food musn't get mixed up with theirs. At the shelter they really want me to find a forever home so if you can't adopt me because of cost, they are offering long term foster care with food & medicine cost covered. Because of this, they are also looking for sponsors if you would like to contribute towards my care but can't adopt. Please say you'll help me, I just want to be loved. To make an enquiry, please call: 02081 232230 or email: email@example.com and please mention you saw this notice on Cat Chat, thank you!
