Re: Foxes, Fleas and dirts.

Hi I would suggest a vet visit. Sometimes you just cannot get on top of the flea problem. For as many as you kill, twice as many are in the carpet waiting to hitch a ride....they lay eggs, before they die from your treatment...but those eggs hatch and the cycle continues I had this problem. It was 3...

Re: need help getting rid of cat urine

Hi We had some urine issues. When he had our flea epedemic our cat took to peeing on a particular chair and corner. And we had a visitor cat who took to peeing on the porch and round the catflap. :( Anyway, I used vinegar and water. The vinegar breaks down the enzymes (or something like that) wich g...

Re: Cat terrified of outside...

Hi Every cat is different, as Im sure you know. Although advice is 2 weeks before release after a move/new home, some cats need longer, others shorter. Our Moogle only needs 2-3 days and then he's off into the fields! We have moved 3 times with him and every time its a few days and he's in garden, t...

Re: name suggestions for two black cats please =)

So many good suggestions! I do like Cole and Lampard...lol I think if I had 2 boy cats I'd name them Eddie and Laird (Vedder and Hamilton respectively) - but I guess you'd have to be a fan of Pearl Jam and Surfing, and seen the documentary with those two in Hawai.......double-circle rainbow!!! Or ma...

Re: name suggestions for two black cats please =)

I love NCIS and I have already decided if I am ever in a position to name two male cats (I wouldn't change the names of adoptees so it would have to be kittens, like you, which is unlikely to be the case for me) I would call them DiNozzo and McGee, but that only makes sense if you watch NCIS! Aweso...

Re: 7 month old cat sometimes sick after food

Hi Our Moogle suffers from this. He had an upset tummy once and has never been the same since. I found they key being small portions. Lots of small portions. This works for us, as I work from home quite often, so can manage it. If I have to to go out for the day, I put down a slightly bigger amount,...

Re: Lily's Kitchen...?

Yeah, I use Lily's kitchen dry for our Moogster. He used to have JWB, but they changed the recipie, I swear, as Moogs went off it and also was sick and bloated. A quick change to something more "natural" (as natrual as dry can be ;) ) and we found Lily's. I like the container (recyclable) ...

Re: Wet food and cats teeth

Aw :) how old was your boy when you tried the finger brush? I have a feeling that my boy may give me that look lol It wasn't even the vet...it was the vet nurse! Then she started going on about preservatives in wet food and that is when my face went dead pan and she added in the..."of course i...

Re: Wet food and cats teeth

Hi - same as you say, our old vet told us wet food leads to more dental problems. Although we feed a mix of wet and dry. Moogle likes to graze, so he gets breakfast wet, then all day dry is available, dinner wet when we're back from work, and dry thru the night. He did have dirty teeth and went for ...
