Dear Mark.
It's so hard to find any words of comfort at this time. It certainly sounds like your vet was amazing and helped Kylie pass peacefully to the bridge.
I can't begin to think how you are feeling. Love to you and yours. The CC family is in mourning with you. Love Dora & I xxx

Re: Cat trees
Hi. I discovered Kalven about a year ago and I've now got 3 of their designs for Dora. They recently made a bespoke 'bench' scratcher to my measurements/colour etc and Dora loves it. Their scratchers are great for Dora as they are carpeted rather than the normal fleecy soft base/beds/steps etc. Dora...

Re: Cats and Christmas trees
Dora LOVES Christmas and everything associated with it. The main tree goes in the conservatory which backs onto our lounge. She Dashes round the base of it like mad. So much so that I have actually attached hooks to the wall and run the cable up and over the lounge/conservatory door and back down to...

Re: Cat hates my new rug!
Hi all.
Could it be the texture of the rug that's causing the issues? Dora will not walk, step, sleep on anything soft and fluffy! I struggle with cat trees because most of them have fleecy shelves/bottoms.
Have you noticed any sort of issues regarding texture before?

Hi again Anna. I'm going to throw this in at the fear of being completely berated however it might be an option for you to consider. Oh Mark. What a worry. Poor Kylie. I'm sorry I'm so late picking this up. I don't tend to come on the main site very often. What about just plain old chicken? Have you tried her on that? Kay thank you for your reply but my babygirl is only 7! Shes a happy. healthy little indoor girl who still loves to dash about, climb her cat trees and generally keeping me on my toes! Dental & subsequent biscuit intolerance
Hi all. Just over a week and a half ago Dora went in for a dental and came out with 13 less teeth than she arrived with. I won't bore you with the story but it now seems her tummy can't tolerate biscuits. Our vet says cats are either crunchers or swallowers and it seems that Dora is a cruncher! So a...

Hi Julie. How difficult for you. It must be awful seeing Barney strain and not being able to help. I appreciate you're sure it's not stress related however once he starts to strain clearly, & understandably, you get stressed which he probably picks up on, it's also going to be stressful for him ...

Thank you for the update Carol. I can picture your beautiful girl stretching and wandering about on your decking.
