RUGBY, UK - FOUND - male black and white cat in Hillmorton area. Has been around for 3 weeks or so. Seems in healthy condition but not neutered and no collar or chip. Tried knocking on doors locally and a paper collar. Also contacted local vets to see if anyone is missing him. All with no luck.
