Re: Pregnant or not

Hi For those who remember me posting my friends delema, I have a last post update. Well mummy cat was just too precious to do to much feeding or washing or loving, so when she felt like not doing it then big human mummy took over. So there were four kittens in total, one was still born, then that le...

Thank you so much for all your advice I shall pass it on to my friend, I think it was less home to home and more call to call and contact, however all of your advice has been noted and it will be given to my friend.

Re: Pregnant or not

Hi
Both girls are 6yrs old, friend spoke to grumpy vet about neutering and booked them in, not bad going as at that point she had only had them for 2 days.
She is going to complain about Mr Grumpy and see another vet at the practice for full look at and advice.

Re: Adopt or not?

Hi Thanks so much for your thoughts, I would like to adopt him but I think he may need someone around a bit more than me. I know the vet he is with...not my vet... will want him to go to an indoor home with no other cats, so I am ideal. I found out that my vets are not keen on FIV so wouldn't go bac...

Re: Adopt or not?

Thanks Crewela I understand what you are saying and will think on, I can afford one FIV cat and the vets bills that may come for one, but two may be a bit much if they get ill together, and to find another FIV that would get along with this one may be difficult. So as you say it may be not such a go...

Re: Adopt or not?

Hi
Thanks so much for your thoughts I shall think a little longer about it, the Vet has said he will be adopted out to an indoor home so if he comes to me or goes elsewhere he will be indoors, I am thinking on. Very tempted though.

Re: Raw diet for FIV cats? Yea or neh?

Hi
If you would like a good on line company to look at try this link, I used them for my Ted, however he was not FIV. They are local to me but do deliver all over. I fed him raw and he loved it and also some dry too it worked for me and him but as I said not FIV.
