Cat Found
Unfortunately, I cannot take this cat in because Buddy lost his brother suddenly back in March and it took me a while to get him back to normal. He is only 3, so still very young, but my vet has advised me against introducing another cat and to keep him as an only pet. My neighbour across the road t...

Re: Cat Found
I haven't tried the local rescues yet because I do not want to take someone's pet if he has been lost. I will continue to advertise his details for the next couple of weeks and see if that generates any interest. Obviously, I am a bit worried about him especially with the cold weather setting in and...

Cat Found
I have a cat that has been visiting me for a few days and was very hungry when he first appeared. I have been feeding and giving him plenty of water daily as I did not want him to starve and have also got my dad to build him a shelter which I have placed in a secure place to protect him from the wea...

My garden is difficult to cat proof especially at the end of the garden as the fence is as high as it can get due to a tree that belongs to my neighbour preventing it from going any higher. I have never put a collar on any of my cats and Buddy likes to climb trees, especially the one at the end of t...

Re: Brother Deceased
Thank you for your reply. I have introduced some new toys which seemed to have helped and introduced some playtime which he loves. Thankfully his appetite has returned to normal which is such a relief. I have decided to keep him indoors for a while and it does not seem to bother him at the moment. E...

Re: Brother Deceased
Thank you for your advice it is most appreciated. I don't know what killed him as I was too upset to allow the vet to do a post mortem and just buried him next to my other two. I went through a similar story 3 years ago when I had to have my 12 year old cat put to sleep after she has been missing fo...

Brother Deceased
My little 2 and a half year old suddenly died on Monday with no warming or signs of being ill. His brother was off his food for a day and has started eating a bit more today due to me changing his food and giving him treats that I know he likes. The only issue I have is that he is going from room to...
