Hi,
Any luck in finding the owners? Try posting on a Facebook Islington Community page...it might help spread the word. Also, try Walthamstow and north east London missing pets page. It's quite a distance, but cats can hop into vans and travel. Have you taken him in temporarily? x

Re: Cat having problems
I echo the advice from everyone-definitely take her to the vets. Once, when I was completely skint, my vet let me bring my cat in and I was able to pay him on payday-the welfare of your cat is the most important. RSPCA hospital or Blue Cross would be able to help. Definitely try her on bland chicken...

Re: Young Tabby found in Old Woking, Surrey
My experience of crying cats has usually been that they are lost. The cats that sneak in for food can sometimes be after a free feed, but both the crying cats at my door, were lost. I never found the owners of the first one and kept him, but after putting posters up, the owners of the second cat cam...

I can wholly recommend Feliway-it really will help with the anxiety. Good luck! Buy online as opposed from the vets-much cheaper! x

How do we know when a cat is a true stray???
So, on my local community facebook page in East London, my local community are often posting messages such as: 'cat hanging around my garden', 'cat looking lost and hungry', etc, has led me to wonder how do we know when a cat is truly lost? At one point I had 5 cats coming into my flat and stealing ...

Re: Need a new home for out two cats - North London
My sister, who is a nipper at 23, currently sounds like a 90 year old with emphysema due to my 4. She is moving out at the weekend to a cat free household. Some people are mildly allergic, like my boyfriend, but others do suffer immensely. I've read that wiping the cat down with a cold, damp cloth c...

Re: Need a new home for out two cats - North London
Hi, I would love to help but I already have 4...the boyfriend would leave if I bought home anymore. I used to always roll my eyes at people who said they were allergic. I'm mildly allergic and have developed immunity. However, my sister has been living with us on and off for the past year. She has s...

Is he in pain stall? He could be responding in this way due to this? Is he neutered? Some unneutered cats can be a bit more bitey. More details will be helpful...

Re: Friendly, intelligent, fun cat urgently need home London
Battersea are brilliant. Give them a ring on Telephone 020 7622 3626. Their aim is to never turn a cat away. Please find her a new home before you leave. Where in London are you? There are also many good local animal rescue places. However, give Battersea a ring first. They will certainly find her a...

Re: Black stuff around cat's mouth
Hi, I know you say this isn't feline acne, but it could be blackheads. My Maude has this very black stuff you describe and it is blackheads without spots with pus. Sorry, this is a grim description! I try and wipe around Maude's mouth regularly. I have also stopped using plastic feeding bowls, which...

Re: My cat is giving up :(
Hi, Is there any news on your cat? If finances are an issues, some vets will see her and let you pay later, or a charity hospital such as the RSPCA can help. I have to say that everyone here is right. 3 months of clean health is irrelevant. She clearly has something wrong with her if she is not eati...
