Found - Young male ginger and white cat in Nottingham

A young male ginger-and-white cat has been hanging around my road for about six months, possibly having been dumped. He is friendly and in good condition. He was 'adopted' by my neighbour just before Christmas but has since started wandering off. However, he is still in the area and visits certain p...

Nottingham: Balloon Woods/Wollaton (NG8 2--)

My cat Bramble went missing from home on 1/6/15 but was seen in the area for another 3 months before disappearing altogether. He has a page on Facebook ('Bramble'), where you can see some photos of him. He is large (34" long) and has a bib but no white on his face . I have had a few reports, th...

Young black & white cat found in Wollaton, Nottingham (NG8)

I found a young black & white neutered male cat on Wednesday night (22/7/15) close to my house and took him in as he was clearly distressed, calling for his mother. Nobody in the area seemed to know him. On Thursday, I took him to the local vet's to see if he was microchipped but he wasn't. I wa...

Re: Cat 'Lost' in Wollaton area of Nottingham

Thank you for your advice. He was spotted again a few days ago, probably no more than 200 yards from home.

Re: Cat 'Lost' in Wollaton area of Nottingham

He's definitely still in the area. I've come to the conclusion that he's frightened to come home, possibly because of a local bully. Before he went missing, he refused for several weeks to use the back door. Even if he was in the back garden, he'd squeeze round the side of the house and come in the ...

Cat Gone AWOL worrying me sick

My cat is missing from home. I last saw him on 1st June but he has been sighted since in the area on several occasions (last sighting 10th June). Can anyone advise me how to cope with this feeling of grief? I just can't understand his change of behaviour. He seems to have become feral. Having been b...

Cat 'Lost' in Wollaton area of Nottingham

My cat Bramble went AWOL on 1st June but has been seen locally by several people. He seems to have become feral, coinciding with the arrival nearby of a newly rehomed ex-feral cat, Geoffrey, whom Bramble seems to have invited round to my house. The two cats have only been seen together once but ther...
