Our rescue cat (2 years old) is scaring neighbour's 2 cats by sitting on neighbours window ledges, at patio doors etc. and miaowing constantly. Neighbour's cats are timid & don't want to "play" Our cat also got in to neighbour's house and attacked one of the cats although no injuries, ...
