Catching Kittens!
A lovely little stray has given birth in one of our barns.... I think there's 5 kittens. They are getting to be at least 6 weeks old now. Been feeding Mama cat, and kittens have started to eat the dry food (and some wet when mama hasn't eaten all of it! which is rare....) They are starting to ween. ...

Probiotics for cats
My vet suggested giving Pugsley probiotic but didn't really say what to use. I've ordered some that goes in his food. I just wondered if you guys have experience with probiotics and cats?

Re: Sibling of returned kitty behaviour
Wednesday is still hissing at him. Pugsley is still not fussed. We are keeping them separate, as he's getting work treatment and I'm giving him kitten food and probiotics. He's just happy to have me to climb and lay on! We keep introducing them, but she still hisses. The older cats don't seem to fus...

I had a thought, should I offer them a reward or a small amount to pay them back for feeding him?

Re: Missing Black Kitten - Hampshire
Pugsley has been missing a whole month now!
I just got another lead. A lady next village over (it's not that far!) has said she's found a black kitten in her garden. I'm hoping to send my hubby over in a little while since he's still off from work. I hope we've found him!!

Re: Cats and Christmas trees
This is my first year in a long time having kittens at Christmas. My last cat passed away Nov 2014. She was a bit of trouble when she was a kitten, but she hadn't attempted to climb a tree in many years! I am looking forward to having Wednesday climb the christmas tree, much to my hubby's annoyance,...

Re: Animal Search Services
The village Council has posted my poster on their facebook page and twitter. A neighbour is a dog groomer in the area, she put up my poster in her van and on her facebook. Thank you for the suggestion. I think most the local village resources for social media have been address. I went door to door a...

Re: Animal Search Services
I have made posters and have posted them up around my Village. I live in England, Hampshire, near southampton. More in the country. He is microchipped and he's neutered. He's about 9 months old (in about a week!) I don't have pet insurance, but I have alerted my vet, the Cats Protection (southampton...

Animal Search Services
Hello I am inquiring: Has anyone tried doing Animal Search Services? AnimalSearch.co.uk offers a service to help you find your cat/dog/whatever. They claim an 80% success rate. But it is quite costly. I just wondered if anyone had tried such a service and if so, did they have any success finding the...

Re: Cat returns after 6 months!
That is wonderful! What agony to not know anything about her for 6 months! I'm not sure I could cope with my lost kitten absent for that long... he'sonly been missing 5 days
I'm glad she was found!! At least she didn't wander too far?

Re: Missing Black Kitten - Hampshire
I have been out the last two nights and both this morning and yesterday morning, around their usual breakfast time. So, his sister is showing up but not him. She's not acting any different, so I'm hoping that is at least giving me some hope that He's still alive at least. I think he has now surpasse...

Missing Black Kitten - Hampshire
My kitten has been missing for about 15 hours now. His name is Pugsley; he's all black. He is about 8 1/2 months old. He's usually a very friendly cat, and not too shy of strangers. He's a bit weary of cars. We live in Durley, Hampshire. I have reported him to my Vet and to CatAware as missing. He i...
