Both Frontline and Broadline are still working for us, and anything else with Fipronil. If everything has failed for you guys just give Advantage a shot because it's not failing me. I know a vet assistant and she says Frontline sucks and Advantage is best. Just using it on my cat right now, shows how effect it is. They won't bother her, though the fleas still jump on me when shes close...

Well my cat is already taking advantage so what else could she take that is safe with Advantage that could treat worms?.

It's doubtful eating a mouse has given your cat fleas, but it will almost certainly have given her worms, so you will need to treat her for those too.
