Thank you, he's doing well so far

Found a very tiny kitten approx 4 weeks old, Vets says that it's malnourished. But is now at home with me warm and taken care care of. Another kitten what i believe to be its sibling was dead at the road side. So not sure if they were abandoned or just lost.
