I completely understand where you are coming from... Death of our beloved furry family members are NEVER easy. When it's sudden and unexpected it defintely makes it harder to understand/cope with.. In Sept it will be 6 years since I lost my very affectionate, loveable rougue of a boy very unexpected...

Agree with others that have said I'd not do further workup unless it worsens and/or your cat becomes symptomatic.
