Thanks so much - this is very helpful. Looking at the description, this may be it. I will discuss with vet. If it’s not caused by a brain tumor, then it doesn’t seem like it’s too serious

Hi - they ran a “total body function SA120” and “I-stat 6+ blood test”. I guess I’m not totally sure of her age, she was a rescue and estimated to be 2 when I adopted her, but I can’t imagine that she would be significantly older.
