I don't have any experience but I believe Orientals can be very intelligent which can come across as being rather 'full on' as they needs lots and lots of stimulation. Perhaps contact one of the Oriental breeding clubs to see if they have any advice on his behaviour and how best to stimulate him? H...

This is obviously territory issue, I can only think of two suggestions that might help. Cat proof your garden so Neo and Jezzabel can still go out in the garden but no further, is that possible?
