Re: Advice for my cat attachment

Im no expert and im sure you,l get good advice but I will give my opinion just in case it helps. I don't think you need to see a therapist. I think your just over thinking it all. Yes you have a huge attatchment but its understandable given the fact you moved away and were lonely and Bebe was your *...

Re: meowing. a strange question

Ive actualy never known a cat to be so clever. Hes more like dog. My daughter thinks hes hysterical. She says hes got OCD because he LOVES his routine and everything done at the same time everyday.

meowing. a strange question

This may seem silly but we,ve noticed Theo hardly ever meows. probably doesn't need to because hes really good at understanding words. If I say *food theo* he runs to his cubourd. If I say *play time* he dashes off to get his toy (dabird) and when we go to bed hubby says *bedtime tiger* and he trots...

Re: Flea treatment for cat who reacts to spot on

Im sure you,l get some good advice. Im a *newie* so I may not be much help but I have started taking Theo to the vet once a month for his flea/worm treatment. Hes so timid he doesn't bite or scratch but just goes flat on his stomach shaking so I felt guilty doing it myself and I also felt nervous tr...

Re: New cat not drinking

A really good tip I got from our friends on here is that cats don't like their water next to their food. So I put theos water well away from his food and in a glass bowl and I couldn't believe how much he drank, practically the whole bowl the first time he saw it. I still have the small bowl next to...

Re: Letting cat out for 1st time

Im so glad to read this advice. I,m still so undecided about letting Theo out. Im so scared he,l jump the fence and go. Also hes such a nervous boy im sure the least noise would freak him out and hed run away. We,ve got a barking dog next door and 4 quite aggressive cats that roam our street all day...
