Re: Low white cell count

Hi Val Have you ever tried Thrive chicken or fish treats? They're natural and freeze dried. When either of mine have been really off their food a few treats starts them eating again. The treats can be crunched into a powder and sprinkled on a tiny bit of wet food - might get Tips interested? Wishing...

Re: Low white cell count

I expect you've probably tried this before but can you crush the pill? I've had to give Georgie Piriton every day and have to crush it with the back of a spoon and then put some Thrive treats in my hand with the pill-powder. So far, so good. And to get Tips to drink, I think you're right to try wate...

Re: Fluffy needs an operation!

Hi Carol Is there a day that the vet does home visits? Cannot get ours to YKW and they do home visits on a Tuesday ... Very luckily. Worth asking? And I had a sore throat for about 5 days after my last op beginning April so I really feel for HRH. Think Sarah's idea of cat milk sounds like a good one...

Thanks Sarah I think I'm actually just slightly more relaxed than Malc. your gorgeous babies would probably be accepting as they've had interaction with other furries; Eric and Georgie haven't. Re: Furry intruders in our cat proofed garden. PLEASE HELP!

The newbies were quiet for a few days but what I've just seen has astounded me. The tortoiseshell with white bib (very pretty) actually put his/her foot on the cat netting and climbed up and was about to jump into the garden.....but as I opened the patio door he/she went back down and sat on our nei...

Re: Furry intruders in our cat proofed garden. PLEASE HELP!

Hi Sarah Meriad and Hazel The weirdest thing is that E&G have not tried to get out at all. Eric usually pads on The patio door because he hates going through the cat flap when we're home but all evening he's slept on his chair and seems content. Georgie has been fine too.....normally he spends t...

Re: What to get for the girl who has everything

Hi Sarah

Our two favour Zebeddee catnip mice purchased from Amazon.

They keep their 'flavour' for ages and E&G pounce on them and flick them round the room for ages (oh, at least five minutes!) but I think it's worth a purchase!

Did LL like the catnip papers?

Furry intruders in our cat proofed garden. PLEASE HELP!

As many of you may remember our garden is like Colditz and is cat-proofed....or so we thought. Last year (May 2013) Georgie had a nervous episode where he sprayed In the house and was a wreck for a long time. We never did find out what happened and that started his over grooming, which only recently...

Oh Carol That sweet girl, just not fair. If only we could take their pain. Like Shelley I'd also go for the op. Eric had his teeth cleaned under general sometime ago. We also waited until the 'boss vet' Robyn was available and in my mind I felt more at ease. I hope you'll be able to feel the same wa...

Rescue Remedy

Is it ok to use on Georgie? I know I've probably asked this before but as the Pet Rescue Remedy is empty I wondered if I could use mine?
