I think it's better to knock at doors if you're able x people often don't even look at leaflets , you may have already knocked and spoken just a thought x fingers crossed x

Your cat may be locked in a shed or garage somewhere very local. Cats don't usually wonder very far it's very likely he can't get out to return home. My cat was missing for11 days in the snowiest coldest weather imaginable but returned home when I was about to give up hope skinny but otherwise well....
