Re: Feliway plug ins?

I bought one to see if it had any effect, especially as it was coming up to 5th November. I also bought the bach rescue remedy, adding a few drops to his food. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004IFKSLY/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I don't think the Feliway worked as well as th...

Re: Water fountains

Hope this helps. Best of luck and hope your cat recovers. Anna & Jeff Welcome to the forum Anna and Jeff. Thank you for sharing your story. I think the stress is caused by an older bigger black and white cat that comes to our garden. He bullied my other cat who died this year. :( Not sure how I...

Re: Water fountains

The vet recommended 2 tablespoons of warmed water mixed in with his wet food. As we sometimes give him less than a full bowl (trying to stop him becoming overweight) we then just add 1 tablespoon. I reckon in a day he probably gets about 80-100ml of extra water. Never had any problem with him lappi...

Re: Water fountains

As far as our cat is concerned, it is a lot of 'faff'. We were desperate to get him to drink plenty of fluids after a particularly nasty bout of cystitis 3 years ago and being told he had early stage CKD. Blackie looked at the water fountain as if it was something from outer space and never gave it...

Water fountains

Are they really that good?
I've never had one but now considering getting one? Is it worth it or just a lot of faff?

Little one was taken to the vets yesterday. He had a mild case of cystitis. :(

TIA

Like everyone else has mentioned, keep him indoors for a while. Not sure if he has been castrated. They don't roam so far when they've had the chop :D

He should be fine. It's only when you give mineral oil straight in to their mouths they can inhale it and cause troubles. From your post, that tiny bit on his nose he licked shouldn't harm him.

You can use mineral oil for constipation and hairballs.

I did think it could be the fishy flavours... so I took her off the salmon and tuna etc... but she was still poorly with the chicken and beef! I think it's the FAGAIL in general for some odd reason! Literally was fine one minute with them and then the next she's mega ill! I mean can this even happe...

Sometimes it's when he drinks rain water that I notice he has this. I feed him a mixture of cat food, cheap and expensive as...

Re: Felix grain free? Massive diarrhoea issues!

I would suggest giving the chicken until her diarrhoea goes away and her stools are normal, then GRADUALLY mix some felix with the chicken slowly over the next few days and see what happens. If it comes back, then she has developed an allergy to that food for some reason. Do the same again with the ...

Good Luck with the treatment!

You can maybe keep Pallina cool by placing a frozen bottle of water wrapped in a towel in the cat carrier. I hear the temperature in Italy is getting very hot!!! :O Keep safe!

He's stalking you and you're his prey! OMG that sounds like my kitten I let out a few months ago. Like willowdragon suggests, try mixing some high meat/fish content dry food with the wet food. Mine is a bit fussy about eating Butchers best but will happily eat all of it if I mix some James Wellbeloved dry cat food with it!

Re: Chronic Bronchitis

I've never had a cat with chronic bronchitis so can't really comment. But I do know about allergies! Your cat MAY be allergic to your dog, as your dog can pick up tree and grass pollen. You can help reduce the allergens on your dog by brushing and bathing him weekly. This will help prevent the build...
