Re: Jezebel

Hi Lilynmitz no tall cat tree but a scratching post which she can sit on. I think the curtain came down as a cat may have been around. She woke me up growling. She's been out & about this morning looking through my screen door to the great outdoors & I did get to stroke & talk to her on ...

Re: Jezebel

Hi Lilynmitz no I don't pat cats like dogs. She's still very skittish but is out of the bathroom & in the 3rd bedroom. She was on top of the bed when I went to bed last night & this morning but she's pulled the curtain rack down & hopped under the bed when she spotted me. I'll keep perse...

Re: Jezebel

Hi Jilly & Lilynmitz an update. Deb from Little Paws was surprised when I text her as she's a happy cat & she doesn't like rough pats as she's a very gentle girl. I've put her back in the bathroom with Mayday's hutch as she seemed to settle there when I first bought her home & at least I...

Thanks Lilynmitz. She moved from the 3rd bedroom back to the middle one. She was out in hallway when I got up to make a cuppa but skidded away when she saw me. I just said morning to her & Elsa & came back to bed. She did pop her head round the corner when I was watching TV last night on her...

Hello Joe I'm sure she'll keep you updated on Medo as she obviously recognises how much you care about your kittens. Let's know. And I can relate to Sue's comment about 'what I call melt downs'. I've had a couple in the last few months. Vivian

Hi Alfiesmum like Bobby's Girl (Sue) my avartar is Mayday who lost her back leg when she was about 2-3. The vet thinks she got it caught in a trap & as she was so tiny managed to drag it out ... Nothing broken but skin pulled down like a drumstick with everything exposed. He tried to save it but...

Hello you're experiencing grief over losing your extended family. Have you considered asking if you can be kept updated on how the kittens are going. As for not winning the competition may be a blessing in disguise. You may attract something better. Try to think +Ve no it's hard but as my dad used t...

Hi if the leg is damaged in any way he needs to take the cat to a vet! It's cruel not to. I hope he does. How would he like to have a damaged leg & not be taken to a doctor or a hospital? Also as the cat has come home, the cat obviously thinks a lot of your friend & thinks he will look after...

Elsa's prime real estate until Crystal moved to the Rainbow Bridge was the dining room table where she still eats her Renal RC. It was ages before she was comfortable moving to my bed. Hi Jan that's good news. My vet of 28 years (retired last year) put Mayday, Crystal and now Elsa, who has lower stage 3 kidney issues, on a powder form of Ipakitine for years. Elsa now also takes 2 potassium tablets a day. Vivian
