Re: 'Remember me' but having to log in again?

I'm still constantly logged out on Chrome, but only this forum, never logged out on Health and Behaviour (I keep both tabs open as they're the ones I follow). For the last few days I've tried Firefox, just for this forum, and it's been fine - since first logging in it's remembered me each time.

Re: Cat returning to old house- please help!

If you look at the photos on the link I posted, you'll see some showing angled brackets with netting across. A number of people on here have used this method and find it very successful in keeping their cats in the garden. If Basil could escape from this, he's quite an escape artist!

Re: Cat returning to old house- please help!

I wonder what your parents think about catproofing the garden, so that Basil can enjoy being outside but without roaming. Until the pets are quite comfortable living together they could be allowed out at different times. This link shows various ways of doing it (you'll need to scroll down a bit till...

Re: 'Remember me' but having to log in again?

Dave.. My situation is still the same as I reported previously. I'd to log in this morning, and again on coming back now. I always tick 'Remember me'. I use a laptop, Windows 10, Chrome browser up to date, IP 31 185 173 103. I allow cookies, and don't clear my browsing history. No problem staying lo...

Re: New kitten and house move

I agree with Ruth's suggestions, and hope for your sake that you can manage to get Herbie to use a litter tray. The usual advice is to keep a cat indoors for a month in a new home - difficult if he won't use a tray. Will your new home have a garden which could be catproofed? If you could do this (I ...

Re: Am I a robot? / login issue

Hi Dave Sorry to be a pain in the ****. OK ....I just use one laptop, always Chrome, and keep both tabs open in the same window, so I can easily look at either forum. I don't normally look at any other forum. This is the third time I've looked in today, twice this morning and now. I've had to log in...

Re: Am I a robot? / login issue

Thanks Dave.... Just came back and am still logged in - great!! Long may it continue! :D :D

I still don't understand why the problem only applied to this forum and not 'Health and Behaviour' - the mysteries of technology (a mystery to me, anyway).

Re: Am I a robot? / login issue

I've just switched on, and went first to 'Health and Behaviour' where I was still logged in from yesterday, but found yet again that I'd to log in on here - puzzling and frustrating. At least I don't get the robot question.

I might add that I leave my router on all the time and always tick 'Remember me'.

Re: Am I a robot? / login issue

Ruth and David - you're lucky. I'm still being logged out several times a day. I use Chrome, on Windows 10, and keep a number of favourite pages open, so that I can quickly look back at them. 'Health and Behaviour' is one which I keep open and never get logged out. I also keep this page open, yet I'...

I've never had this problem, but I'd suggest that you let your visitors try to offer little treats - tiny bits of chicken, fish, Dreamies, etc and hopefully make friends with him that way.

After all, we know that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach!

Re: 50 pouches for £5 in Asda

I wonder if the 'own brands' you've tried include those from Lidl and Aldi? If you've a convenient branch I'd suggest you give some of them a try. My two Ragdolls really like the foil trays of pate type from both of them (perhaps made at the same place?) and they're sold individually at 19p for 100g...

Re: Am I a robot? / login issue

Hello Yogi Boy
I logged in about 4 hours ago, ticking the 'Remember me' box, as I always do, using Chrome. I looked at other websites, made a meal, watched a bit of TV, leaving the laptop on and have just come back to find I'm logged out again, so I'm sorry but things haven't improved for me. :(

Re: Kidney Disease with chronic inflammatory cystitis

While the various investigations are ongoing you could email the catchat behaviourist to see if their advice helps. It's worth a try.

email: [email protected]

I do hope you can get the solution to your problems as soon as ever possible.
Keep in touch.

Re: Am I a robot?

Thanks for the compliment, Vanilla. Here they are - doing their favourite thing - relaxing. SAM_0155 slight crop red'd to 800p.jpg I was fortunate to get them when they had to be rehomed, nearly six years ago. I'm still puzzled about the login situation. If my PC goes into sleep mode I find I've to ...

Like Mark, I've been having to log in several times in the last few days, in spite of ticking the 'Remember me' box. I don't post a lot, but haven't lost any, or had to prove I'm not a robot.

I'm surprised, Mark, as it was showing on their website yesterday - I checked before I went, and got a box for £5. :) I can't see it on the website now. I wonder if the offer has just ended. I don't know what day they change.

I don't need any this time, so hadn't noticed that Sensitive isn't part of the offer, and, yes, I also got some 3kg bags last time. I don't mind as I put it into a big airtight container when I open it.
