Re: why not corn?
Just questioning if the pet food people are drumming up a demand, when there isn't one. Cats know what they like.I feed what they wish to eat, good or bad. Life is too short. Purina makes me laugh with their corn, sugar and rice.

why not corn?

You offer potatoes, you got to be kidding me! You offer any of the mixing ingredients they put in food in its pure state, they don't like it. So...

Actually the show is miss titled. It should be Cat Owners From Hell. It is always the fault of the owner. Of course you can asked any rescue or shelter. People turn over their animals for the stupidest reasons.

You miss the one separated from you. They say time heals. No. It just softens into a memory... I have eight over the rainbow. Miss everyone of them. I like them in a meadow playing rather hanging out at a bridge. Happy.

I just been been through a Lyme scare with my dog ... We were able to get rid of it with doxi...the usual treatment. There are many types. If not too advanced, they can rid it from your cat too. I thought it was a death sentence. Timing is everything.

Re: spooky cat hanging around
He maybe one of the older ferel kittens from last winter. His ferel mother has the cutest kittens. I called her biby. She would hang around and talk, but no touch. She doesn't want to be anyone's cat. Wish she let me take her in to spay and release back out there. I agree with her, she has the right...

I wouldn't bother with it. If the animal wants to contact you, they will as you sleep. When you are the most open. You want them to move on, live in peace.

spooky cat hanging around
I need another cat like a hole in the head. But I have seen a long hair red and white cat hanging around the neighborhood. I would take this cat in if I can catch him. He scatters when he hears me coming. Feeding ...there are other cats who are ferel and a neighbor who feeds deer innereds ...I can't...

Been through something similar. Doesn't feel right to play God. You did right. You helped your friend go over without caring of your own status. Your friend was suffering. It was right. Guilt and doubt_ don't let them take you over. Remember her. The happy times. Her memory will become sweeter over ...

I did at one time change his name to, Commitment. Sounds like, Mittens. He seem to like it. :) We lost our connection when all he wanted to do is go outside. He wasn't even good at it. Meowing the whole time out there. Annoying the neighbors. I stopped let him out when he lost his brother, Lucky. :x...

My hiding cat
I have eight cats, but I always had one the hid  He came with his two litter mates. Every time I brought another cat home, more he hid. Under the counter, under a end table. Right now he stays under my bed. The dog was the last straw 8-) Takes a whole other meaning about a monster under my bed...

Everyone had such lovely things to say. Can't add much more. But I do know we are enriched by the company we are elected to take care of. It is a true friendship, for the cats take care of us just as much as we take care of them. No fun playing God with their living or not. But they know you are doi...
